Real estate in NYC is a rough field. Making anything stand out in a place of wonder is hard. But 375 Pearl Street had a horrid distinction as the city’s ugliest building. We leaned into this and framed the building and the campaign as an invitation to be powered by the city’s most efficient machine. With a data center on site, a trans-Atlantic internet hub, and a visible presence next to the Brooklyn Bridge, we turned this baby on.
